Is a IOS or Android device easyer to run a UE4 project on? 'Please Help'

Hi,

So I’m wondering if it is easyer to run a IOS or Android on my Mac Book Pro. I have tried to run it on my Android but I always get a packaging error about some textures. So I’m wondering if I should try to continue to solve the error or just go for a apple developer license and try it on my Ipad mini 4?
