Incosistent behaviour on pickup

In the editor my structure picks up as expected, in game it picks up but also drops the destructible mesh.

Anyone else had issues with destructible mesh been shown for a pick up?

That only happens in singleplayer and it never bothered me enough to look into it any further.
I’m pretty sure vanilla items do same but haven’t ever actually tested that theory
