I have NVIDIA GeForce GT 745M with the installed version being 311.54. It says that the recommended version is 378.92. Should I update my graphics driver, and will it help with the performance in the unreal editor, because I have been having problems with how slow it is.
You should definitely update the driver, but it likely won’t help much with your performance, that’s not a very powerful GPU.
