Only Rebuild modified objects

If I work with static lighting and decide to change any element, I have to build all lights again … this is not needed. Not all meshes influent in all elements. Only the closest to modified objects.

There’s no way for it to know what objects affect other objects, it’s not based on how close something is to another object though most of the time that is the case

As noted in the ticket, this wouldn’t be as fast as users think it would be. I wouldn’t expect to see this feature added anytime soon, if ever.
