Best content creation tools for indies?

In your opinion, what are the best content creation tools for indies? So far, these have helped me a lot:

  • Marvelous Designer
  • iClone 7 Character Creator

Autodesk Maya (monthly) is well within the price range for indies, as is Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator CC.

Blender for meshes, rigs and animation. Substance Live for textures.

Blender + Gimp + Audacity -> you can nearly do everything with those three tools :smiley:
