will not repeat what I already said on unity forum. I’m sure will sort this out for you.

I had a big email back and forth with that guy. He was too lazy to fix his animations even when I sent him a max file set up to do it for him, all he had to do was import and re-export. Looks like he was too lazy to switch out the mannequin for his Unity version as well.
