When starting up a test launch on my S7 it fails.

Need help! I was finally able to hook my Samsung galaxy 7 up and when I go to launch It fails, please help me im lost. here is the output log:

You have set the SDK API setting to android-24 which you don’t appear to have installed. You can run android.bat and select to install Android 7.0 (API 24). You only need the SDK Platform.

Ok , i have device with 4.4.2 api 19 , i cant deloy apk .
I use ndk12 !

I got this error but also :
