Can't find the Blend Space Parameters window

Hi! I’m watching a tutorial about blend spaces and I can’t find the parameters window ( Editing Blend Spaces | Unreal Engine Documentation ), the interface has changed a bit in newer versions I guess, where can I find this menu?
