how to rotate static mesh into static mesh

hi!i have static mesh(engine) into static mesh(plane).how to rotate a static mesh(engines) for 90 degrees while inclining the plane to the left/right/up/down?how can i do it?please get simple blueprint example

Click and drag Engine to Plane then let go of the mouse…just need to drag and drop it in that Blueprint menu so that it is a child of it…from there it will follow the Plane Parent…

No, this option was tried and it does not fit, because if I move 360 degrees then the engines also turn 360 degrees
