ATTENTION ALL MODDERS:
I am making this post to see if anyone else would be interested in a Dragon Ball Z-esque mod that allowed the player to use their hands as weapons to fire energy blasts like the kamehameha and such. I cannot make a mod as I am a talentless fool, but I would like to gauge the interest in this idea in case anyone with skill would like to take up the challenge.
