How do i change my e mail adress??

I cant seem to find any option to change my e mail address. I lost my e mail address recently and want to change to a new one and i noticed i didnt even verify my e mail yet lol.
Btw, i EXTREMELY recommend to switch to any other e mail provider other than yahoo before they make you **** up!
