Is there anything I need to do when sending a pull request other than forking release branch, applying commit, and sending pull request on GitHub?
No thats it. Simply create the pull request, enter a description and you’re done. Epic will then review everything and if they give their approval they will merge it into the branch.
Your pull request will be merged into master branch and then assigned to the future engine release (for example 4.16 or 4.17).
During the review process they scan your whole life together with FBI’s and NSA’s IT department.
