Made a quick video to demo the fact you can’t get to some of the sculting tools when you’re in the VR editor. I tried scrolling, clicking and dragging, but neither worked.
The issue is still present in 4.15.0 preview 4. 
Same–can’t select the upper tools in 4.16.0.
