A common problem when constructing huge levels is to find individual
actors in your scene. With hundreds of meshes, it gets more and more
complicated to build your level and place actors at the right location.
There is always something in the way.
Helps editing huge scenes.
You can now use the “Show” plugin to hide or show individual or group of
actors. The clear design of the interface is self-explanatory and makes
it easy to select specific items in a fast uncluttered way. With a
single click, you can hide or show all actors, all characters or all
static meshes. You can then fine tune your selection by using one or
more edit fields.

This image shows the filtered result of the settings above. All objects containing “wall” or “cube” in the name are now hidden by using the prefix -.
Another way to filter just the meshes you need, would be to disable the “Static Meshes” checkbox and then show for example only walls and floor by prefixing the edit fields with +: +wall, +floor
