I would like to create a led strip light which has all the parameters as a point light, I need this because I want to change the light intensity in Lumen.
Can anybody help me?

You can use an emissive material to create light in the scene, you have to enable the mesh to light with emissive, but there’s no lighting units for emissive materials, you have to make a guess at the value.
Alternately, you can use a point light and adjust the radius and length to create a cylinder light
Cylinder point lights are definitely the better option, but sometimes use emissive for static lighting is the only option.
