We have been made aware of an error that’s been affecting purchasing recently. We do want to assure you that we are currently looking into this with our technical team at this time. If you are experiencing this error or any variant of it, please reach out to us through the Marketplace Support e-mail (marketplace-support@unrealengine.com) Please make sure the subject line is Error E-200 and in the e-mail let us know:

-The exact error code you’re getting
-What e-mail address is associated with the affected account
-What country you are in
-The method of payment you’re using

UPDATE: We’ve just pushed live a fix for this issue. Everyone who has been affected please restart your launchers and try to purchase again. If you are still having issues please reach out to us.
