How to use the Take Recorder from a blueprint?

I'm having a similar problem but with a twist.
I'm trying to control the camera with a Vive controller, which is happening with no problems....

How did you get the sequencer to record the video? I must be missing something, because I only get a white texture...

Is this still possible to accomplish? When setting the material to translucent, metallic, specular, roughness, etc. become greyed out...
