Setting up a Networked Multiplayer game for Oculus

I found this great tutorial for a simple 3rd person multiplayer game (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pk08GYlOvhE) but I tried it in the 1st person (needed for my DK2 to work) and it didn't work out so well. I used 4.7.4 because is the only version I can still get my DK2 to work in.

I can create Oculus games and I can create networked games but Oculus networked games aren't working out so well.

The idea is simple, I'm in my vr game and I can see you and you are in the same vr game and can see me.

Anyone seen examples of this or, better still, some documentation or a tutorial?
