Mixed Reality Calibration Tool's output - how to adjust camera?

While running Mixed Reality Calibration tool, the picture quality is as decent as it can get from my Logitech C920 webcam. Not great, but should work for now. So in MRC tool everything looks fine for now.
But as I run my level in UE editor and have the MRC tool’s “output” (sorry if I’m using wrong terminology here) shown in VR Spectator Screen, the image quality is much worse, and more importantly the aspect ratio is way off.

How can I adjust this? Like said, everything is fine in the MRC tool itself, but not in the UE.
    I’m using UE 4.25.1

Ran into this exactly today as well. It seems like when you set the resolution to the original screen resolution, at least the squeezing is gone.
But I tested it with the 4k resolution of my screen and it was still not good.
It reminds me that it has something to do with this bug, again:
