Windows Mixed Reality [ WMR ] Packaging Issues on Build-Server [Windows Server 2012]

    Good day everyone!

We are trying to package our application with WMR enabled on our Build Server, that runs Windows Server 2012 - However, we do not manage to resolve this one error that says:
    Code:
LogModuleManager: Warning: ModuleManager: Unable to load module '*removed*/UE4Editor-WindowsMixedRealityHMD.dll' because the file couldn't be loaded by the OS.
LogModuleManager: Warning: ModuleManager: Unable to load module '*removed*/UE4Editor-WindowsMixedRealitySpatialInput.dll' because the file couldn't be loaded by the OS. "
We use a source build of the engine, version 4.21.0. I heard that to use WMR, you need Windows 10 with the 2018 Fall Creators update - does this also apply to packaging (loading the DLL alone)? I can build the application just fine on my machine. What version of Windows Server would we need to upgrade on in that case, does anyone know that? Or is it maybe a different issue, which I then assume would be hard to pinpoint by the very vague error messages. Thanks in advance! All the best, Sebastian
