Problem with Microsoft Windows Mixed Reality Plugin

    Hey,
I wanted to have access to thumbstick in WindowsMixedReality, so I enabled MicrosoftWindowsMixedRealityPlugin in UE 4.21
It worked on most of my team's workstations (Running UE.21.1 / UE.21.0), Having Windows 10 PRO / Windows 10 PRO N installations.

But on 2 computers it haven't worked. And what I mean by that, the plugin couldn't be loaded, thus Editor could not start.
The plugin dlls are present where they're supposed to be, and Unreal finds them, but when loading, it cannot find dependancies:
    - api-ms-win-core-console-l1-2-0.dll
    - api-ms-win-core-console-l3-2-0.dll
I tried installing redistributables already, but it's all installed.

The built version works on those computers.

If anyone had a problem like this, this would be awesome If you could help!

(It does not work on Win 8.1 and Win 7, but I think that's understandable.)

    Hello,

Check what version of Windows 10 those PCs are on - I believe Version 1803 build 17134 is the minimum for using WMR Plugin.
