    MultiStory NavMeshes

    Hi Guys,

Working on a project where it is a 3 story house, basically when someone goes to teleport with the HTC vive controller sometimes they teleport to the floor below.
We tried one large navmesh, and then three different navmeshes and still no luck. Even tried putting large nav modifiers on the ceilings and floors and no luck. Any ideas?

Guessing here. Sometimes you need to move the nav mesh to make it work again, but this should work. Make also sure the the nav mesh spawns in the same level, and is not set to dynamic in the project settings. It could also be to changes you did to the nav mesh settings.

Could you elaborate on the dynamic setting in project settings?

Inside the Project Settings -> Navigation Mesh -> Runtime Generation - you can set the volume to dynamic, static or or dynamic modifiers only. Static is the default, and should be used by you i think.
