What's the best IK solution/plugin for head + hands?

Doing some research for a project I want to start working on, but can't seem to find what I need.

I'll have fully modeled characters, and I'm just looking for how to rig them relatively quickly. Preferably something that works well with multiplayer.

Any suggestions? Is IKinema the best?

Been doing the same research, and have had difficulty finding much info. Will follow this thread.

Sort of helpful, although I wish he would've done it in Blender. Kinda hard to follow along since all I know is blender haha. (and I'm sorta new at it)

I've used both Ikinema and BIK. Both do similar things. I like the setup of BIK over Ikinema in some cases, but Ikinema does have better VR tutorials overall. I think either of those two are good.

Do you know of any good IKinema (I hate spelling that name haha) + Blender tutorials for VR? Or is it mainly pretty fresh so there isn't that many tuts?
