Draw Post Process Material before fog, bloom etc

Is it possible to draw a Post Process Material "below" or "before" something like Exponential Height Fog or just general bloom? For example, lens flares are drawn above my Post Process Materials, I want to have the same behavior for most or all other effects. So if I have an outline around an object which is drawn by my PP blendable, that outline should be hidden behind bloom or fog.

If it's not possible, any idea where in the source I have to look to change the draw order?
Easy to use UMG Mini Map on the UE4 Marketplace.

I think what you are looking for is to set the value of "blendable location" in your postprocess material to "before tonemapping".
If you do this, bloom will be also drawn for your post process material emissive, if it is high enough of course.
    best regards
