    Per-Camera Visibility

    Hi,

Is it currently possible to flag objects as visible to specific cameras, or more accurately specific eyes when rendering in Stereo? Unity supports this through render layers, but I really don't want to have to go back to Unity unless I absolutely have to.

    Cheers

I'd be interested in this as well. I'd like to have a camera that only renders one object

I've actually been wondering about same thing since few weeks.

Most basic usage case i can imagine is implementing a "classic" vampire. Making a character that is visible to the player, but mirror (2d capture actor) would not draw him at all.
And with that in mind i was curious whether you can actually make any object visible only to selected actors.

Not yet. Haven't had a chance to dive into the rendering code (not that I really know what I'm doing in there...) to see if there's a way to split visibility per camera.

              Not from me

The project we originally wanted to do in Unreal has now had to move to that terrible engine known as Unity...
