    Nightvision Post Process with Forward Shading

    Hey guys,

    So basically I'm working on a multiplayer game that requires a type of nightvision. I've looked all over and most nightvision suggestions are the obvious spot light with some post processing. However since this is multiplayer having a spot light is not something I want.

    Now I did get a nice nightvision post process effect using this from Tim Hobson :

    Now to the part that I can't figure if it's possible. I've switch to the forward shading and this will no longer work because of Gbuffer. I've played with so many different limited options with materials using the forward shading and I'm starting to think that maybe it's not possible or I'm just missing something.
