Has anyone else encountered the following strange issue with planar reflections? When I package with screen percentage at the default 50% the performance is very bad. Performance is fine in editor and only drops after packaging. I have created a bare-bones scene with three actors, a sky, and a direct light to test this and it's still terrible.

However, when the Screen Percentage is set to 100% performance is much better and as expected. My issue is that I need to heavily optimize a scene and reducing the screen percentage seems to be the only impactful way to do this with planar reflections. Is this a known bug?
