    creating a c4 blinking light material

    Hello,
    so I am currently working on a basic mcom. It will be just a barrle with some c4 on it. Nothing too special, but I would like to have the c4 with an antenna and a blinking light. I know how to model it, but how do I create a blinking effekt?
    So I found https://answers.unrealengine.com/que...-material.html , but I am quite unsure how consuming this is in comparision to make it inside a BP...

    I'm really not sure what that mess you linked is.
    Just add a UV for the blinking material and make the material.
    timenode -> inside it change it to time period, adjust as you need, then IF statement, fraction of the time as B - and colors for on/off inside A>B, and A==B/A<B

        Update: everything worked perferctly
        I also did some nice "pc-hacking-screen" material where some c++ in black and green is moving
