Lights don't render when set to static.

So yeah, what it says on the tin. Whenever I build out my lighting, all lights that are set to static basically turn off. Anyone have any idea on how to fix this? I haven't really messed around with the post processer, only turning off auto exposure. And the only world setting change is setting the background colour to black (Need to cut all other light sources other than what i set up.)

That material looks pretty reflective. Static lights don't cast direct specular like Stationary/Movable lights, but if you have local Reflection Actors in the scene, they will pick up an orb at the light's position in the world and treat that as indirect specular + the diffuse contribution. You can hide the orb too, by setting the Specular from the light to 0.
