How do I import the object groundfog_low into my map to have it show up in my singleplayer game? Sorry im just new to modding this game any advise would help! Thanks

I watched a video showing somewhat of how to import an object. He said I needed to link my object to a location? But what location would I link it to? He never explained where the location was.
