Do you have the problem with a wrong header. Check your mod description for some wrong symbols like [h1 with no end. Or special letters like ä,ö,ü. Or a wrong connection to a Blueprint file.
Do not include anything except for the twenty-six letters of the alphabet and spaces in your description, title, or any field in Steam's mod upload fields.
