According to a couple articles that went up in the past 24 hours Apple is indefinitely barred from blocking third party Unreal Engine based projects.

That part has become permanent... Epic are still behind on most of the other arguments though. However, its clear they wanted this fight anyway to make sure similar cases are included in the Antitrust report from Congress. One of the more Interesting side-shows is Protonmail vs Apple.... Protonmail has a lot street cred, especially in the EU.... Apple's dirty laundry is all coming out now...
