Why isn't my project working in HTML5?

    Hi,

I'm trying to put together a project for a client that is a vehicle configurator. They want to be able to embed this configurator on to their website. I have built the project and packaged and deployed it in the Windows platform and it works perfectly.(See first screenshot) I have also built it for HTML5 and have tried to package and deploy the project as well. When I deploy it, I get the following results.(See second screenshot) Is it a polycount issue? I there some settings that I missed? What is going on and why is this happening? Please help! Thank you!

I do not think it is a polycount issue, it seems like a lighting and shader/textures issue to me. You can refer to the link below on the limitations for texture and lighting setup for html5.
    Hope it helps!

I can't say for sure what the issue is, but it appears that some feature you are applying to all of the truck body panels (possibly in the material) is not supported in HTML5.

There are limitations in the engine when targeting HTML5 and Mobile platforms. Since it works in the editor and when targeting windows, that suggests to me that you are making use of a feature that is not supported on those platforms.

Check out the HTML5 docs here: https://docs.unrealengine.com/latest...ettingStarted/

Also see the Mobile Materials docs here: https://docs.unrealengine.com/latest...als/index.html
