Is it possible to have web browser widget in html5 Project?

Is this possible? I've been trying on different versions and I seem to get the error
"Non-agnostic games on cooked platforms require a uproject file be specified." when I add the plugin?

I was also looking for an answer to this question.
On win64 everything works, but if you pack on html5 the web browser does not work
nobody knows anything?
