    I had the same issue. Apparently it is an incompatibility with vs2015 update 3.

        Hi everyone,

        We released the 4.12.5 Hotfix today which includes a fix to allow the Engine to work with Visual Studio 2015 Update 3. If you install the Hotfix you should be able to build successfully.
