    "following modules missing or built" error when packaging?

    I'm used to getting "The following modules are missing or built with a different engine version" when something has changed in our code. I usually have to rebuild the project or the engine. But I am getting it today when trying to PACKAGE the Win64 version of the game. It goes through the whole compile and at the end, the output log says

    UATHelper: Packaging (Windows (64-bit)): BUILD FAILED
    PackagingResults: Error: Unknown Error

    Then I get that module error. I've tried deleting my Binaries, Intermediate, Saved and Build directories in the project. I did a full rebuild of the engine. I still get the error. This is driving me crazy! Anyone know what else I can try?
