Severity Code Description Project File Line Suppression State Error MSB3075 The command "C:\unreal\UE_4.22\Engine\Build\BatchFiles\Build.bat TanksEditor Win64 Development -Project="C:\unreal\tankgame\Tanks\Tanks.uproject" -WaitMutex -FromMsBuild" exited with code 5. Please verify that you have sufficient rights to run this command. Tanks C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2017\Enterprise\Common7\IDE\VC\VCTargets\Microsoft.MakeFile.Targets 44
How to fix this error ?

Let's make sure you are following the right steps. Here are the steps that normally work assuming you don't have any errors in your C++ code:
    1. Close the editor and Visual studio.
    2. In the project folder, delete the following folders: Binaries, Intermediate, and Saved.
    3. Delete the .vsl file.
    4. Right-click on the Unreal project file and select Generate Visual Studio Files (I think that's what it's called, although I don't have it in front of me).
    5. Double-click on the Unreal project (not the .vsl)
    6. If it asks whether you want to do something (I can't remember what it asks, but it usually asks about rebuilding modules or something), say yes.
    7. Once it's open in the Editor, open the .vsl file.

If that's not working, it's usually because I have errors in my C++ code.

You'll probably need to post more of the error log than that.
