v4.11.0 release bug:can't recompile and reload C++ code

even my C++ code is correct, but I can't recompile.

I had a similar error, i deleted all the unnecessary folders / files in the project directory and regenerated vs files. it seemed to have gotten rid of mine, maybe it will work for you.

by the way, why Epic close issues page on github, if we can submit bug on github directly, the developers of UE4 can see them immediately.
