    Sending Network Messages ?

    I want to be able to send/receive a decent of amount of information when a player joins the server (let's say 5 megabytes of data). I assume UE4 supports manually sending data over the network like this?

    Also, how would I actually connect to someone based on their IP? And how is that handled, can you detect network status, connection loss, etc?
