Unable to Compile the Engine - UnrealHeaderTool

    Hello,

I've posted this on Unreal Answers and asked in the IRC channel with not much luck. I've successfully built UE4 on my home machine with Visual Studio 2013 Express but I cannot do the same on my work machine. Here is the error output:

You can also see a text version here:

My work PC (the one that does not compile) has several versions of Visual Studio installed, I must keep them in order to work on some work projects.

In the IRC Channel a helpful user suggested the following:

Remove the check for LIB/INCLUDE in GenerateProjects.bat, delete the LIB environment variable, or open up a command prompt and run vcvarsx86_amd64.bat followed by the GenerateProjects.bat
I tried all of the above yet the same problem appears. I am hoping someone here will have more insight. I don't have a ton of Windows development experience so I apologize if I miss some basic concepts.
