    Can't create C++ project on Unreal 4.21.1

    I cant create Unreal 4.21.1 new C++ project, everytime i try to create it error pops up showing this message :
    An error occurred while trying to generate project files.

    Running D:/Epic Games/UE_4.21/Engine/Binaries/DotNET/UnrealBuildTool.exe -projectfiles -project="C:/Users/Karolis/Documents/Unreal Projects/MyProject2/MyProject2.uproject" -game -rocket -progress
    C:\Users\Karolis\AppData\Roaming\Unreal Engine\UnrealBuildTool\BuildConfiguration.xml(4): error: There are multiple root elements. Line 4, position 3.
    ERROR: Failed to properly read XML file : C:\Users\Karolis\AppData\Roaming\Unreal Engine\UnrealBuildTool\BuildConfiguration.xml

    How do i fix it?

    what Visual Studio version do you use? if you use 2017 then check if you also got the latest update.
