I'm wondering now if anyone has some thoughts I should be aware of for my next test.

I'm planning to try and use a field around a player that at button press, if specific objects are overlapping it will cast to the object to interpolate to a target on the player. Thus following them.

What I'm hoping for is even though the object is being interpolated on the tick it can still be affected to be knocked out of the overlap.

Also what happens when one player has it overlapped and another overlaps it and it's getting the interpolate from two sources, is it going to favor either or ignore either?

I'll be testing this later tonight when I'm home but gathering thoughts to go over internally while I work.
