    HELP: Attaching model to socket causes model to shrink !?

    I know there's a solution to this in the AttachActorToComponent function in 4.10.1 where you can choose
    Attach Location Type : "Snap to Target, Including Scale" but for this project I'm stuck using 4.7.6 which only
    has "Snap to Target" as an option.

    One thing to note is I scaled the ThirdPersonCharacter mesh to 0.18 which makes him about 6 inches tall.. which I'm sure must be causing this.

    Is there any way to override the shrinking of meshes attached to a socket?

    Ah never mind I figured it out. I added a Set Actor Relative Scale 3D right after the Attach Component & set the scale to 18
