There is a bug since 2016 year. When collision is not root - it`s don`t work correct. (Projectiles flying through walls) Like in this question: https://answers.unrealengine.com/que...#answer-934368
But if i want to rotate collision capsule, i must have SceneComponent as a root. If capsule is a root, then i can`t rotate capsule
