Is there a way in blueprint to sweep with a mesh collision without actually moving the mesh?

I would Like to sweep a path using a mesh collision, but the only way I know how to do that in blueprint is to move the mesh to the start location and then move it to the destination with the sweep option selected. That's obviously a slow way of doing it and I'll end up having to do that 20-100 times per tick, so I'd like to see if there's a way in blueprint of doing that before I get into C++ and make a node myself. The mesh I'm sweeping with is a cylinder and the sphere/box/capsule traces are too inaccurate for me to use. I need to get a hit location, so I can't use an overlap. If there's another option that would be faster than a sweep, I don't know what it is. thanks
