But I do not want this, I want to open the blueprint editor but I can't, how do you do it ?

Right click on it and select: Edit. Or use the shortcut: Ctrl + E.

Looks to me like PowerUp is a Static Mesh, not an Actor blueprint. You may be able to create a blueprint using this static mesh or you can create a new actor blueprint, add a static mesh component and select this static mesh.

If it is not yet an Actor Blueprint what you can do is:
        1. Right click on the element in your scene
        2. Click on "Browse to Asset"

You will see the corresponding asset selected in the content browser.
        1. Right click on the asset in the content browser
        2. Select: Asset Action -> Create Blueprint using this...

sometimes if you child a blueprint and if you only change the mesh, after you close and reopen it only the Class Defaults are shown (stupid design)
There is a solution though: in the Class Defaults window - if its also closed open it from the Window menu - there is a small blue clickable text "Open Full Blueprint Editor" that will reopen de editor.
