Hey all, this is a duplicate of the below answer hub question. I'm hoping to get more eyes on it- if that's not allowed, I'll be happy to remove it.

The basic gist is that I've got a custom character blueprint that, because of some change I can't trace, can no longer walk. They can jump, move in the air, turn on the ground, etc. Animations play normally (death, jumping, but not walking because there's no movement). I've checked just about everything I can think of, including game mode, constraints, controller issues, inputs, parent blueprints, default settings, world and game mode settings, actor possession, collision...I'm at a loss.
There's a lot of my diagnostic information in the linked thread, but I'll be happy to do any other tests necessary to figure this out.
