    Scalable refraction based on character movement speed

    Hi all,

    Bit confused which input is best used for this, i have set the mesh to a scalable refraction of 1.0 to 1.4 with a default value of 1 but would like to set the mesh on the third person blueprint to scale with this mesh based on character movement speed.
