    Understanding Unreal Engine Work Flow.

    I know Unreal engine if I want to base it off of templates but I don't really have a full clear picture of how the workflow works if we want to start a game from plain project. I know everything about the materials and modeling part. I guess i need answer for the following to have a clear picture:
    -Where to setup rules for start a game and line up Levels or even camera
    -Where to setup level rules or level triggers
    -Where to setup user input
