I'm setting up a demo scene with axes swinging over walkways. There are walkways with axes over them in multiple directions.
However when I play the scene, they all snap to swinging the same direction.

I believe the problem is with the "Make Rotator" tab, which must be telling it to rotate along the world axis instead of the local axis, but I don't know how to fix this. I can't just make a separate blueprint for each direction because the walkways the axes are above move while you are playing, so the axes need to always swing along the same local axis.
